Birla Sun Life — Policy got terminated and want to continue it | |||||
I have taken one birla sun life insurance policy and i am paying premium since december 2010 without any single delay. But in last 3 to 4 months due to some problem my premium got delay and due to that my policy get terminated. But i want to continue my policy. I have requested their team to update my mail id that is wrongly mentioned in their database and also requested to update my mobile number 4 to 5 times but they have not updated my details in their system and without giving me any intimation on my updated address they have terminated my policy. One more thing my last premium got deduct on 25th july 2016 but they are saying that in their system it is showing last paid april 2016. They people are not ready to continue my policy else not ready to pay surrender amount. They are paying me very less. And i want my policy to continue. Please help me to resolve this issue.
