I have taken a insurance from aditya birla absli vision moneyback plus on 27 oct 2016 and policy no is[protected]. I regular paying the premium but in this year i got a call from customer representative and asked me about payment. I asked how much grace period is provided then he told me that one months grace period provided and the same i also confirm to call customer care. And it was told me that up to 27 nov 2018 you can pay without any late chargers. Sir i just going to pay on 27 nov then i found that late charges has been charged then immediately i call to customer care then it was told me that your last date was 26 nov i complain but only 50% of the charges has been reverse. Sir there are no any fault make by be regarding payment false information given by birla sun lif then why i pay charges he should waive off all the late charges. Many time i complain many time i call and also talk with senior but till date there are no any solution
So please take action acordingly
