[Resolved] Bisleri International — Token advance refund

This is the second time I am raising the compliant since there was no action taken by Bisleri. After continously contacting customer care, after around 2 months the bisleri driver came and picked up the 2 cans. When I asked about the refund amount, he said I need to contact someone else and gave me a number. I contacted the number, first time he told they refund amount on Tuesday and Friday. I said okay and waited for it. But even after 2 weeks there was no refund or notification. I contacted customer care last week and he said " the problem happened because you submitted the refund request from bisleri website and not by calling the customer care" . I even emailed the customer care for past whole month but nobody cared to fix it. It does not make sense that the customer care itself is saying bisleri website is the problem. Frustrating at this point by all fake things they have updated on the website about 7 days refund policy. Why do they even update it when they don't follow? It's not like I am asking their money or asking something extra. I don't want their service anymore and I am asking to refund the token advance as per their policy. Will this ever get fixed??
