I bought a belt worth Rs 1595/- on 28Aug2016 and it was broken after a week. I have returned it to the store on 11Sep2016 and they have informed that it needs to be sent for product evaluation to the quality check.
Couple of days later i received a text from the BB customer care [14Sep2016] stating
“Hi, Blackberrys regret the inconvenience caused. Your garment has been submitted for quality check. Ticketid:[protected]. Expected TAT 15 days”
Its been more than 20 days and i still haven't got any response from them and i tried to contact their customer service several times via email.
I have attached the invoice and the letter from the store manager.
