Blackberry Garments — less knowledge about offers

Last i bought vaaskit n trouser andruni there is offer on showing of 6000/- u get a bag i purchased 2 clothes which chating value is 6390/- after that the cashier didnt give any bill to me he said sir we will give u tommorow morning. And ur trouser for alternation will give same tommorow morning.. But when i reached the store the person said sir there is no offer of bags that u had taken from our store you first give my bag back than i will give your trouser. Its not the good way to talk from customers its like a u harrasment you put pressure on the customer. Very unknowledge staff there in blackberry store yamunanagar (Haryana). Its very shamless thing that they do. But on store there is another customer he said sir the staff told me 20 min back there is a offer on shoping of 6000/- if your blackberry staff is not taking full information about there product so tell customers clearly... I am not satisfied from blackberry store yamunanagar.. Please give instructions to mr. Harminder singh over there to do this..
