Blackberry — misbehaving by the staff badly

I purchased a black color trouser today from blackberry store at gorakhpur. That trouser neede some alternation so i was given a time window of two hours to get it. When i reached to the store after two hours the store was closed because of the local strike. So i asked one of the staff there outside rhe store to call the owner of the store. I keep on asking to call but he didnt call the owner instead he keep on iterating that owner is blackberry only. He was talking so foolishly that i got angry and despite of shouting on him he didnt call at all. When i asked to giver the owners number he refused that he cant give that. After a lot of scene a second employ called the owner. This is worse experience ever with you. Please do some needful. Please do reply at [protected] bill number btbt0005127
