Blaze Flash Couriers Limited — Courier still not delivered

This is in reference to the document from Jaipur to Mumbai by M/S. BLAZEFLASH COURIERS LTD., JAIPUR Vide Dox No.[protected] dated 08/03/14 with a Confirmation that the same will be delivered in Mumbai on 10//03//14 but with regret the same was not delivered. To enquire about the document I started to contact the Jaipur, Mumbai and Corporate office in New Delhi and to my surprise all the Telephone and Mobile Nos. given on Website was not working. I also visited the Jaipur Office- D-96, Madhosingh Circle, Bani Park, Jaipur office for help on 13/03/14 but to my utter surprise it came to my notice that there are only two people working and told me that they’ve send the courier to the Mumbai office and their duty is over as the document has been dispatched and received by the Mumbai office. I continuously visited M/s. Blazeflash Office Jaipur on 13/03/14 to 15/03/14 for help but I’m regretting to inform they could not help me in any way. I also got in touch with Mr. Amit Agarwal, Director, M/s. Blaze Flash, New Delhi Mobile no. [protected] and on contacting him it turned out to be another nightmare for me as Mr. Agarwal assured me that the document will be delivered by 14/03/2014 but all his promises turned out to be fake and being so unprofessional he stopped being cooperative towards a harassed customer like me and stopped entertaining my phone calls and after calling him for 20-30 times to my surprise Mr. Agarwal told me that the couriered document will be delivered by M/s Blazeflash couriers limited on their convenience. PLEASE NOTE THE DOX HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TILL DATE. IN VIEWOF THE ABOVE I WOULD REQUEST YOU ALL NOT TO BOOK ANY CONSIGNMENT THROUGH M/S. BLAZEFLASH COURIER LTD., IN FUTURE and if there is anyone who can help me to take this issue any further please reply to this thread.
