As per your schedule, my packet should reach at destination within 2 Days

My packet contains a mobile phone and which was also supposed to forward some where in new delhi by 7 jun 2014 and i stil didnt get it at the destination by 9 jun 2014. i have faced many problems due to late delivery...and due to your worst service, we are unable to do that do the same. Who will bear the loss for the same???

now there is no use of sending the parcel .so return me back...
i dont want to use such tye of ridiculas company next time...
