Opd no 1 counter 2 a lady staff worker is very rude and not behaving well with cghs panel patient. She is not cooperating with me. I forgot my cghs card.
I am a regular patient of your hospital.in spite of she insist of card and waste my one hour in making opd slip. She behaves as in govt hospital staff behaves.
She is not maintaining private hospital decoram. If staff behaves in this manner what is the purpose of availing empanelled hospital facility. Pl see into this matter.. And take necessary action Was this information helpful? |
