I had recently placed an order via Bloomsvilla on 10th Feb, 2022 amount 1149 with standard delivery (Free delivery) for UP Location as it is mentioned on the website that the product will be delivered on same day. Later in evening I received the update that my order has been put on hold as the location I choose was an outskirt location which was not mentioned while placing the order and one of the customer care executive called me at 7:27PM to inform the same and in order to delivered the product I need to pay Rs 300 extra charges. After frequent discussion I asked them to make refund as this information was not mentioned earlier or else deliver the product tomorrow with standard delivery.
Later in night I received the notification via mail that my order has been put on hold based on my request which I haven't. In the morning I am trying to reach them via their customer care number (+[protected] But no one is responding and there no update via mail as well about my order. Once I reached the customer care and they put me on hold without listening to the concern.
It is being frustrating and annoying that I spend my money and neither the product is deliverable nor refund has been initiated.
Worst and pathetic service and would request to close their service as they more like fraud. Was this information helpful? |
