BloomsVilla — Flowers and gifts sent on Mother's day

Placed an order on their website on 08th May 2022 for gifts and flowers on Mother's day. They delivered nothing. When i filed sn online complaint on their website, they sent me a delivery confirmation message. This is clearly a 'fraud' company. Stay clear of them. I am surprised the Bangalore Police has not taken action against them.
