I placed an order (Order BV2263441) on March 2nd 2022, for a flower bouquet (Gorgeous Beauty - Regular Flowers / No Vase) from Bloomsvilla to be delivered on the same day evening at an address in Palani town center, in Tamilnadu, for an amount of INR 699.
They took the payment through UPI.
Later the day, they kept the status as "on hold - out of delivery area". While I raised a complaint in the site on the same day after reading the status update.
There is no response for phone calls, no SMS update, no further updates till 4th march night.
There is no courtesy from their side to address the customer who paid and waiting for an update. They can refund or take an equal order to be delivered in another location where they are deliverable.
It is quite disappointing. I request them to consider show some regard for the customer who trusted in them and placed the order. Was this information helpful? |
