BloomsVilla — product delivery not fulfilled | |||||
Hi there. So i placed an online order on bloomsvilla for a bouquet delivery on valentine's day to my partner in bangalore. They also charged me an additional rs 460 as 'surge fee' claiming that they will make delivery the same day. However, delivery was not made on feb 14th and has been saying 'order processing' for the past 2 days when i tried to track order. Today when i checked, the order status shows as 'delivered', but my partner has not received it and i never received a call either. I do not know where the package is and its anyway too late now and so i'd like to get a refund back on the amount i paid online. Was this information helpful? | |||||
