Bls International Ltd — authentication of degree certificate

I submitted degree certificate of my son for authentication in the chandigarh office of the company on 8/10/2018they charged rs 400 to get it attestation from rpo chandigarh. And ask me to collect the same after a week time. After failing to contact the landline no given on the receipt i visited the office in sector17 chd on 18/10/2018 and found that the receiver of the phone down when i pointed out the lady at the counter she told me that we are also human being and can't attend customers as well as phone. Again i visited on 22/10 but couldn't get satisfactory reply. I may add here that every time i visited their office other customers who came from far off places also complaining about non attending phone by staf[censored]ltimately i got my certificate back after attestation on 24/10 pls take corrective steps so as to avoid harressment to public
