Bludart Delivery Pune — about delivery

Hello, if i provided my mobile number then why you aren'nt call me. Today your guy attempted for delivery, and updated the status as (Need need department name/extention number).
If your guy call me then i will told him otherwise how should i suppose to tell him department and extention number. To change the delivery address.
But i need that package. I cant able to come there and picked it up. Please help me out to send the package on below address, since the package is ready for delivery. Please take it as high priority and reschedule this to below address.
