[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — about my parcel | |||
Dear sir/mam I placed the parcel dated on 11/10/18 from bahadurgarh to banglore. Its estimated delivery date is 13/10/2018. But till now the parcel is not submitted to the destination. Please tell me the status of it & please solved it as soon as possible. Please note the tracking id — [protected]. Do some needful step on urgent basis. No one is good response about the from the phone calls. So accept my complaint & action with in the 24 hours. Was this information helpful? | |||

the parcel is not on my destination . when i call to the blue dart customer care. they re saying that your parcel invoice is not available. but invoice is put in to the box. then customer care says that please mail the invoice copy on this mail id. -- [email protected] . then i send the invoice copy mailed on this Mail ID. so please resolve this matter on priority basis.

received SMS that delivered and online.
also show as delivered but actually yet to
be received. If not received then how is SMS came so that the courier is delivered. Also checked online for docket tracking it is also showing update that it is delivered and stamped how come this happen when not received.

Sir my tracking is no is [protected]. Item not yet delevered by executive. And messages forwared that item returned as customer refused the item but executive did not call to me or not contact. Please telle sir why my item haa been returned without my permission.
