Blue Dart Express — Always a painful customer service | |||||
Date of Incident 8th Feb 2016. I received a credit card by a different name and my card was sent to somebody else. Now the situation is I am looking for my card which has been lost by the bluedart. They are making it inconvenient for me cause its been 5 working days and I never received my card at all. Also, its a security breach that they are delivering the credit cards to unsafe hands. As a resolution I am looking for the compensation from Bluedart & deliver my credit card on my address. Please find the attached proof for the reference. Was this information helpful? | |||||
