Blue Dart Express — AWB No [protected] - Order not delivered to me but shows as delivered at some other address | |
My Zara Order with blue dart tracking id "[protected]" on the name of "Jyoti Jamwal", address " #545/1, sector 41 A, Chandigarh" has been delivered to some person in Malout. It's been 10 days, I am continuously following up with blue dart team but nothing is happening. It's a prepaid order from Zara which has clothes of my daughter. Your Blue dart people has delivered the order somewhere in Malout to some other person without even verifying his address or identity proof. How can you guys deliver a order with the name of Jyoti Jamwal to someone else at some other address. Such a poor service by Blu dart, do you guys harrass your customers like that. Do ensure to get my order delivered to me at this below mentioned address at the earliest else I am going to drag blue dart to court.
