There was no initiative taken by the company even after I have lodged the complaint in this form.
I was trying to contact them but there customer care number was also chargeable 2 Rs per minute. it was totally useless to get the help from them.
I had another courier scheduled from bluedart and by chance I asked that delivery boy regarding this hold courier and asked the solution. He gave his number and told me that he will check with his team and will share the information. then after regular followup with him, they finally delivered my packet after 3 days.
I recommend never to use bluedart courier services. Very Very poor services by blue dart.
Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Note Expected date of delivery is 26/10/19 but today is 02/11/2019
