My waybill no.[protected] courier from icici bank which was supposed to receive on[protected], on the same day i have received two courier from vichare and velvex courier both also delivered without any problem both also sent from icici bank and third yours blue dart, on the day the person from bluedart gave me miss call for the landmark his name is kunal and his ph no :- [protected], after receiving miss call from him i was call him continuously he is not attending and that day he was near to my area what kind of service you people are as customer were helping for you to get the courier then also what a hell to cancel the call, such a worst service i never sawn in any courier

    Blue dart of north lakhimpur, assam service is very bad. They never deliver parcel at home. We have to request them every time for a delivery. They ask my father who is a senior citizen to come to their office n pick the parcel. Why would we opt for home delivery option if blue dart can't deliver home delivery. Really it's a headache whenever i go for blue dart service of north lakhimpur. Horrible service.

      I have ordered a cell phone from flipkart. I was expected a delivery on the 27th sep 2017. I was informed i should get the parcel by 25th sep 2017. Suddenly i get a message of not dilivered as no one available at premises.
      1. My dad is unwell, so if no one than atleast he is always available at home.
      2. I was at home till 3pm on 25th sep 2017 and as per your details it shows premises locked at 12.51.
      3. Even if you hve come to my premises after 3 my dad and mom both were available at home.
      I'm not yet updated with when will i get the dilivery. And if i hve provided my cell number why can't you call when u have reached the place or else atleast provide the details of the person delivering the product. Very disappointed with the services and to be honest it is a complete lie that you providing. Please provide my parcel asap.

        I had a gift parcel sent through a gift portal. I was given the blue dart tracking id
        Waybill no. [protected].
        It shows shipment delivered but the shipment has not been delivered to the concerned person. It shows some Shweta which I don't even know! No calls were made to the concerned person. Firstly it was supposed to be delivered on previous day. Again without any call the status was put as "consignee not available". Pathetic service!

          Worst experience.. A delivery guy called me for delivery and i confirmed that will confirm in 10 min and i called customer service that i have taken off from office for this and kindly deliver it. Customer service representative confirmed that delivery will be done before 6 pm. However half day gone and delivery guy called and told me that there is shortage of delivery van so cannot deliver. I wasted whole day plus a leave. Again i called and spoke to customer service called salvi he told me that it will be delivered by 11 p. M however it is not yet delivered and when i checked the status of my wbill "customer requested future delivery: hal" which is not yet all requested by me. Without customer intimation these people are updating the status and just waste time of the customer.

          Kindly take a strict action against these people so that they do not waste others time. If something is committed it should be fulfilled

          It is very upsetting to inform that India’s so called “Best courier service” is actually the “WORST COURIER SERVICE” ever. This is not my first instance with Bluedart but the second and now i find it very important to share my experience as now i am sure that Bluedart is the most useless and rubbish courier services i have ever seen.

          Worst experience. A delivery guy called me from Mahadevapura, Bengaluru branch for delivery and I told him that I will confirm in 10 min and I called customer service that I have taken off from the office for this and kindly deliver it. Customer service representative confirmed that delivery will be done before 6 oclock. Later delivery guy called around 4 o’clock and told me that there is shortage of delivery van so cannot delivery. If they cannot deliver this they should have told me in the morning I would have gone for my office, I had wasted whole day plus a leave. Again I called and spoke to Customer service called Salvi he told me that it will be delivered by 11 PM however it is not yet delivered and when I checked the status of my WBILL "Customer Requested Future Delivery: Hal" which is not yet all requested by me. Who gave the authorization to update status without intimating the customer. Without customer intimation these people simply updated the status that I have requested to deliver to future delivery.

          They have also update in between that there is rain in the area so cannot deliver the consignment. Truth is whole day there were no rain. People like me suffering due to such kind of working culture.

          I had invested my entire day for my consignment waiting for it. This clearing shows that they don’t value their customer time which is very disappointing also making customer fool.

          If you cannot respect customers time and money then please shut your business and do not give any false commitment.

            Dear sir
            My name is anil kumar. This complaint about how this big courier company fools it customer's, one of my friend send me a urgent document courier from jaipur to thasra taluka, kheda district, gujarat booked on 20/09/17 with next day delivery promise but still i haven't received courier, i contacted their customer care no. Many times but no response from there and they are updating courier status regularly.in status they showed the following status : ""shipment out for delivery 22-sep-2017 14:33"",
            Out for delivery - details awaited awaited 22-sep-2017 14:51
            Shipment out for delivery 23-sep-2017 17:07.
            Holiday, delivery on next business day 23-sep-2017 18:36
            Shipment out for delivery 25-sep-2017 16:40
            Delivery attempted-premises closed 25-sep-2017 20:46

            But i have not been contacted any time.

                We are newaly started concern in the name of akshya associates, applied pan no. And got allotted pan no. Abjfa4939j. The pan card dispatched by your blue dart express ltd. Courier vide airway bill no.[protected]. We did not received any information or phones in this regard. The courer not deliverd and sent it back to nsdl, mumbai. So we kindly request you to take this complaint and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

                I need it very urget.

                  While shipping the keyboard of same were found damage and not working. However, its was handover to blue dart in good & working condition under supervision.

                  Request you please advise what to do. As it was shipped under insurance claim....

                  I got an call around 12 am that the product will be delivered today and delivery boy said that u should wait at your place it would be delivered around 2 pm. I also check online it's out for delivery. I waited till 3 pm but didn't got any calls from or anyone from bluedart to my place to deliver the parcel. No one come to deliver the parcel..
                  Next day i check online status of my parcel, there it was mention that it sent back to the origin on the shippers request.. What is this i[censored] dont want to deliver why are u talking responsibilty for the parcels.. This is happened third time wiith me...
                  Kindly resolve this matter as i m in urgent need of myparcel

                      My consignment no is [protected].

                      I got an sms around 10.05 am that the product will be delivered today. When check online it's out for delivery. I waited till 3 pm but didn't got any calls from or anyone from bluedart came to my place to deliver the parcel.

                      Later, wen checked they have updated the status as consignee not available when no 1 tried to contact me at all.

                      This is not the 1st time, every-time the bluedart people keep doing this updating false information.

                      I have to waste 3 hours simply waiting for the parcel to get deliver.

                        Worst service by bluedart for the third time. My consignment is being sent back saying that the pincode is incorrect. This is just an excuse to delay delivery. They haven't made a single delivery attempt or a call.

                        I have experienced similar delays in the past. They defer delivery for 2-3 weeks even after receiving the shipment at their delivery hubs. This is due to shortage of delivery personnel. The staff is too unresponsive. They do not have knowledge of the locality. Highly unprofessional service.

                          I have purchased a spaces from lens kart and it is delivered by blue dart. Product order no is # [protected]. The delivery guy have suppose to deliver this product on 22nd sep 2017 but delivery guy called me on my phone and said that he will deliver product tomorrow saturday on friday. And on saturday he again called me and said he will deliver product on monday. He is not trying to understand the importance of product delivery on time. And he is talking like very un professional manner. Plese take corrective action against that guy he doesn't want to deliver product. I will never trust on blue dart for deliveey on time.

                            This is rajiv rajan. I applied for hsbc card. I received one message from blue dart on 19 sept 2017 that your current address improper. I went to blue dart office and ask for handover the card. But they refused to gave me and told me it's bank policy we can't gave you without verification, we will deliver at your address. But the address is wrong on packet. He told ask to bank send them mail regarding correct address after that we will deliver.

                            I told them don't deliver on my gurgaon address. He told me i updated the information in my system we will not deliver.

                            On 23 sept 2017 i got massage from blue dart your packet delivered.

                            This card was delivered to unknown person. I don't know the person.

                            They didn't call me single time before handover the packet. If address is wrong

                            Why they guys didn't follow bank policy??
                            Without any verification how they handover the package.

                            Now i am getting the threaten calls.

                            Who is responsible for all things.

                            I am going to logged fir that they shared my personal information to any body.

                              I had ordered exercise equipment from paytm, order no : [protected], awb no : [protected] on 17th sept'17. Same is showing as out for delivery since last 2 days. When i contacted blue dart customer care today they promised delivery today. We didn't go out of house for entire day. However to our surprise we came to know that blue dart has updated comments as "premises locked" which is a blatant lie.

                              Same happened with my earlier parcel as well which was ordered from snap deal and courier was blue dart. Request you to pls initiate action against the agency & courier boy as they are cheating customers

                                1. Not delivered the parcel on time and reported that customer is out of station despite that i was present in my shipping address.
                                2. Customer care executives are not picking the calls, computer said that call is transferring and put on hold for very long time.

                                I am completely unsatisfied with the service.
                                I thing the company should be shut down immediately if they can't give proper service.

                                  I called to customer care for enquiry on delivery at 09/23/2017 05:06pm ist.. Correct and unprofessional behaviour by support guy.. No patience to answer and not explaining properly.. Finally he scolded me with un parliamentary language..

                                  And daily getting messages for delivery but delivery not coming. No proper and correct information. I would like to get delivery on weekends only. Please assist to take action on support person and delivery person.

                                  I want justice. We are in india. What is that support guy bhevaoiur. I think he druked and working.

                                    I am using bluedart courier service since so many years, recently i shifted my home, when my parcel came up to bluedrat bhuj ho (370001), they said u have to come to bd ofc and collect the parcel, my concern is, if i have to come n receive the parcel in this busy schedule, what is the meaning of the service given by bd and why u r collecting the money?

                                    If i have to go and collect, then whats the need of giving my address and paying money for the service. It is so inconvinient and annoying. I wont use the service later if this is the case.

                                      Your status and brand name are getting ruined up by your delivery men.
                                      My name is ankit tandon with my order number awb#[protected].
                                      I was expecting a delivery yesterday of my credit card which was not seems to be done, today i got a call from your # employee tinku chauhan who was unprofessional by the behavior and attitude towards customers.
                                      He is not able to track my exact address so he just called me once to ask the address, after that i went there as he is not able to find the location but he went away, not picked up my call i called him 20 times, and when he picked it up he says i have many more delivery to do i will not deliver it to you, you may go ahead and do whatever you want i left from your location.

                                      He attitude seems that he was a owner of blurdart not an employee, and behave in such a unprofessional way i cannot write it here well.

                                      If that is the way you deliver your every courier then i sorry to day change their names from delivery men to blue-dart goons, that's what i feel write about your company.

                                      Please do not ruin your status and take a necessary action again that particular delivery men, who said his name is narender but i know its not his real name.
                                      His name is tinku chauhan and number from which he called is [protected].

                                      If you are unable to take any action and revert it back to me, i will lodge a complaint and fir against him and company regarding harassment. And i know very well how to go legal as i am in this profession.

                                      I need response from your side about the action taken against him or else your hired goons will gonna do the same with many other if not stopped.
