Dear sir/madam, I was supposed to receive a blue dart express shipment in kottayam, kerala on 6th jan, 2018. But now when i am tracking the status of shipment online its showing that the shipment returned. For few days shipment held at location without contacting anyone. Blue dart express returned my courier and received the same courier through SPEEDPOST which is faster and better service.
