[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — Blue dart express undelivered shipment held at location waybill no : [protected] | |||||
This shipment is for HDFC Bank. I called cusotmer care but got an automated message but was not able to connect with a human. I even mailed to bluedart customer services email [protected]@bluedart.com. but there is no reply from last two days. Now their customer care number is also not getting connected. I even visited my nearest bluedart physical office but they refused take any of my query and behaved rudely. I dont understand whom do i contact. Please call me and inform whether i will be getting my card or not. Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 13, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved today I got a reply on the email and got it delivered. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

I am from Australia.
I bought some gifts for my brother on 4th August and that company posted my gifts through blue dart .But my order is still undelivered to my brother. when I track it says undelivered shipment held at the location from 4 days. when I contact to blue dart no one answers my call I left few emails but no answer.
I am very disappointed with this service. I have no idea whom to speak about this matter.
