Blue Dart Express — complaint about blue dart delivery agent | |||
Sir, We have ordered an item in nykaa online they have courier through your bluedart service. It was notified that it would be recieved on 21/02/2020. I have waited all the day for the courier delivery, but agent didnot delivered my parcel. He called me and i told the land mark also, even though he is blaming that there is no such type of land marks. I told him that im at that land mark only. Then immediately he ended the call that he will deliver the parcel tomorrow as if the address i mentioned was not correct. Many times i have ordered the couriers. Im getting the problem only with your blue dart courier services only. If it was urgent also the people are behaving like that in eluru, west godavari andhra pradesh.
