Dear team, This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service and rude behavior by your company representative. Regards to waybill no : [protected] & reference no : [protected]. On march 29, 2018 at myhome hdfc bank packet was handed over to my aunt since i went on some emergency. When your executive called i have told my aunt was there to collect the parcel. When he went to hand over, requested for id proof for which she looking to submit mean while executive started shouting and started arguing with old lady in very impolite manner with abusive language in a very rude manner. He didn’t listen to her even she was requesting for little time. His tone was very aggressive, and he also refused to make the correction, telling her that it was his fault to do this job in your company. I don’t see any sense in telling you the word-to-word conversation she had with this impolite employee of your agency, but i am sure that after knowing this incident, you will definitely take some action to educate your representative on his behavior with customers which will prevent the loss of your business in future. As i am sure that being a reputed logistics agency, you must be concerned about the image of your company, i believe i have done the right thing by passing on this information to you all.
