Blue Dart Express — complaint for poor services | |||||
It is very upsetting to inform that india’s so called “best courier service” is actually the “worst courier service” ever. This is not my first instance with bluedart but the second and now i find it very important to share my experience as now i am sure that bluedart is the most useless and rubbish courier services i have ever seen. I was supposed to receive a courier from ebay on 28th sept. 2017. I checked online my parcel was arrived on 25th september 2017, but till now i haven't received my parcel, whenever i talk to office representatives or delivery boy they try to make me fool, very bad courier service the representative who was speaking was rude and saying that call us to know abt update, ask. The representative does know how to speak to customers. Other courier and speed post are much better than blue-dart courier. My waybill no is [protected].
