Dear Team, I was expecting a courier from British council from this morning. I have also received a SMS conformation that the courier is out for delivery around 02:49 Pm today. I called up the customer care today and found that the delivery has been attempted and returned due to person not available.But, this was a wrong information provided by the courier boy. Request you to take appropriate action against such wrong information and being not professional in his services. This is an attrocious service altogether. Consignments # [protected].
