Blue Dart Express — consignment not picked up | |||
We are using blue dart services from past 6 months we had no issues but from past one month we are facing problem with your service, we draft the mail on every sunday because my consignment has to be picked up on monday at any cost. Your people even generate token on monday but the people are so much least interested none of them comes to pick my consignment and your people dont follow up the case, we will have to bombard with them sending back to back mails, and there is no soft denial from your chennai customer care executives. I always get hard denial from them. Till now no one came to pick my consignment, this kind of pathetic service will spoil the blue dart reputation for sure, concerned person kindly look into this and rectify asap The below mentioned person is following the case, she says topay cases we cant give any confirmation, ours is ielts examination center we will have to send the documents on time, else candidates results will be on hold, this again spoils our reputation aswel.
