Blue Dart Express — consignment yet not delivered and customer came is not properly responding | |||
Hi team, The below consignment was booked and picked on 18-jun-2020 and need to be delivered on 19-june-2020 and still now not delivered. It is showing in the tracking details as consignee refused to accept. But the blue dart delivery guys haven't even contacted the consignee number and how do they revert like this. Later we have connected to customer care also and do reattempt for delivery. Still it was not done and later customer care people disconnecting the calls. Way bill no: [protected].
