Dear sir/ madam, I would like inform you to that, kotak mahindra bank has been sent my debit card through your blue dart courier. The item was till now not received, due to your staffs are missed before delivery. But they are updated your portal as delivered. I was contact the branch delivery manager mr. Charles. He didn’t said proper explanations of missed item. My courier details as follows: Way bill no: awb[protected].
