Blue Dart Express — delivery delay, not connecting to customer service, not responding to emails, no reply in fb and twitter.

Hi team, i am krishna and here is my order details, waybill no : [protected] reference no:[protected].
As mentioned in the blue dart i waited yesterday for the order that yet to deliver, but the delivery guy just called me and said that he arrived now but i am not available to take now, please approve him to handover the product to me (I am near to that location) other wise please let him surrender the order to my friend you can use this mail as a confirmation from my side or else i will collect at the nearest blue dart office ask him to submit the order to nearest office by 5:00 pm today and let me know the office address and then i will collect it there by submitting the proof.
Please consider this asap, it is very urgent and important to me.

And it was not connecting to any customer numbers and office numbers that is the reason why i choose to mail.
