My Bank Debit Card was supposed to deliever today.
Mr Pawan called me to confirm address, I told him the address as updated, he had Haibowal area is not mentioned on address and i am telling wrong address.
I requested him to deliver and shared my home location with him.
He took one hr to reach and again called me as he was not able to find address.
I was guiding him throughout our conversation, but he was not ready to listen and keep on arguing and harrassing me over the call that he will not deliver and I am telling wrong address and threatening me that he will return back the product and I may speak to customer care.
After Arguing, he finally delievered the shipment and I had to walk around 1 km from my home to reach him
I want to ask do u guys employed such illiterate guys in your company ?
Do you pay them to threaten your customers that they will return back the product.
Would request to take this matter on priority as some other customer may face such harrasment again.
I want to know the appropriate action.
