Status need department name/extention number

I need my card at the earliest. Kindly respond. U guys wont even give a number to contact or update my work location.

The customer service number on the website is fake .doesnt work.
No one is responsible to deliver the shipment . No one ever tried to call me but the status is updated as undelivered.
Can't get more furstating !
