Blue Dart Express — denying doorstep delivery and rude behaviour of delivery person | |||
Tracking number [protected] This is a mi.com (Mi store) order. Order id [protected] (Prepaid order) I received a call from bludart delivery person ([protected]) on 19th october. He asked me to collect the order from the delivery centre. He denied doorstep delivery. He threatened me that he will return my order. His behavior was rude. All other couriers like ekart, delhivery... Are providing a doorstep delivery to this address. Another blue dart delivery person delivered order to this address two weeks ago and provided a doorstep delivery (Awb no [protected]) But this delivery person ([protected]) is making the issue. I faced same issue with the same delivery person last week. (Awb no [protected]). He denied doorstep delivery. Finally, i forced to collect the order from the nearest center which is around 20 km away from here. After that, i raised a complaint to both mi.com and bluedart. I requested mi.com to avoid bluedart in future order to this pincode and use the service of ekart logistics or delhivery. For the current issue, i contacted blue dart several times.
