Blue Dart Express — Denying to deliver | |||
I had ordered one item from Amazon With Tracking Id- [protected] My item is received in the Blue dart Kottayam branch from 24th onwards. Till now its not been delivered. I had simultaneously calling theblue dart customer care and Amazon customer care a number more than 10 times for the past two days.Plese see that im not having time to waste like this. As a customer i had paid for this product including the shipping charge. We are not getting any item for free. So we expect the same customer service from you. As a courier service you are supposed to give first priority to Customer service and customer satisfaction?How long you expect me to wait? Calling you for this? See what they are saying is my place is unreachable. How can they say like this. Please check in google the distance between kottayam blue drat to manarcad . its hardly 8 kms from distance and need only 15- 2 mins. And my house is in proper town road side laos. Then what is the meaning of place is unreachable? They are just doing this purposefully. And i dont have time to waste like this. I want yo raise a compliant against the deliver boy and the office boy of Kottayam Blue dart office. They are very rude and arrogant to the customers. How can they do like this? They are just spoiling the name of Bluedart. Please I want my product to be delivered today in my home address. its already 2 days delayed.
