[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — despatched 7 jan but not received till 14 jan.

I am receiving courrier. My courrier dispatched from noida 7 jan. But 11 jan i checked status (Post office no deliver).
I have checked 14 jan status (Delay post beyond control) then after 1 hour status (Shipment out for delivery)

Then did not call me. They didn't mail me
I want to receive direct their office. But they have not any call phone number
