Blue Dart Express — Didn't get the courier | |||||
This is to bring your kind notice that i have not got the courier as expected date is over. As i am tracking, it is showing that guy saw "prohibited area" signage at entry point at 16:49 pm. My point is that why my courier is not returned, no call & message to me. Your delivery boy visited our back side entry gate and return. I will appreciate if you look into the issue on priority as document is very important and any latency in this will prove very costly. Please close the case asap before i escalate the matter on high level. Is this customer service given by the company who's name is blue dart. I need the response on urgently. when i order my phone by amazon i choose option payment card on delivery and when i received my courier by blue dart express, he accept only cash don't accepted Card.
he want only cash(how it possible in that time )
