I ordered a parker fountain pen from amazon shopping on 3 October 2016, the delivery date that the product is 17-10-16.after that date i got a message that (Your package could not be delivered because additional address details are required. Please contact Amazon for next steps), i booked that to gave a gift, even the date is gone out, , i didn't get the item, i ordered many things from amazon before and the blue dart give it to the same address, but this time they said about the address issue Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 26, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved i got a phone call yesterday from blue dart office (12279489979) from this number and say that i will get the product today (26-10-2016), but i didn't get the item till now {3.33 pm}
i purchased the item to gave as a gift, so kindly make a solution Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
