Hello sir/mam I have not received my package awb#[protected] from axis bank yet. It has to received on 15/10/2018 but due to your negligence i did’nt received it yet. I called to your customer service yesterday and she told me that u will surely receive the package tomorrow ie 23/10/2018. But today also i did’nt receive the package. This is so unkind o[censored]r service. In future i will never prefer ur courier service as it is not reliable. I request u to please deliver my package asap. Thank you Yours Unhappy customer.
