The above sms received on [protected] about a courier from ICICI Bank Ltd is baseless as I have been at the address to which the courier has been addressed to.

This is not the first time that I am facing such a problem with Blue Dart Express.

Blue Dart promptly located the delivery address without any difficulty and delivered the courier the very next of launching the complaint.

Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Jaccob Ninan After the complaint has been launched Blue Dart promptly located the place of delivery without any difficulty and delivered the courier. Blue Dart is the worst courier service that I have seen.
