[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — False status update | |||||
Dear, Delivery date for my product was 5th may 2016 but it's not delivered yet. I waited for the delivery boy at my residence address which was mentioned on the courier package but nobody came to deliver it. Instead a false status updated on website when I tracked it. Another day on 6th may 2016 I also waited, again no one came to hand over it. I called to customer care 7-8 times regarding this matter but every time I got the same response that it will be delivered soon. Please take a serious action against it as it is very important to me. May 6, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Resolved the issue. The company arranged an urgent delivery for my product in the night. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

Your delivery boy riyaz whose phone no. is [protected] has abused the receiver. As the receiver was a lady and couldn't take action due to some circumstances...I would like the member who r involved to take strict action against the delivery boy.He belonged to tumkur, maralur, bangalore
