Blue Dart Express — false update | |||||
Actually, there are couple of incidents but this is for current one I have ordered whey powder and i got the confirmation as a product has been picked up by blue dart for delivery and expected date is 13 february 2018. So i contacted to blue dart customer care for shipment status and they said you will get the delivery today eod means on 13th feb 2018. But i didn't get the delivery and received sms as your address related issue. I don't know why they can't find my address because i have received many parcels (Passport, license and amazone delivery) from the different vendors on the same address, and only there is blue dart who is not able to find the address. My concern is if you are not able to find the address why can't you call to customer? And this is the second time. The earlier one was for sbi credit card and finally, i have to cancel that card.
