Blue Dart Express — Haven't received my ordered due on 12.10. 21 | |||
The blue dart delivery associate is updating the entry form pas days (8 days) that Consignee did not accept the package. Whereas there is no record of their employee to contact me or even send message for the delivery. And given your company's past track records its not surprising for this to happen again. And I don't know the employee name cause first they dont provide and second he haven't contacted me or even called me. And Their employee have audacity to upload a fake update entry. Or your employee know the whole Jabalpur that you dont needed to call even once. And here I am receiving notifications from Nykaa to re send the order explaining them why i have "NOT RECIEVED THE PACKAGE". If this problem is note resolved by 18.10.21 And despite of all this they updated the status to holding package at the facility and yesterday i receive an email that my given contact details are wrong and my number was not reachable. In the history of online shopping this has not happened. I don't know what the problem is with the blue dart team that they can not communicate and deliver the package. Even after continous complaint the problem have not been resolved Also as i updated at the nykaa site my preferred date of delivery on 18.10.21 i was constantly checking the tracking details there was no update on the site about it and one day after i receive their email from customer care. Yet now yesterday only AGAIN i updated the status at the Nykaa app. Was this information helpful? | |||
