[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — Haven't received my parcel

AWB-[protected] 25 Jan was the expected delivery date for my order and I was at home for whole day .but at 9:30pm I got sms that we will deliver your shipment and suddenly at 9:48pm I got msg that sorry we missed u.but I haven't recieved any call from delivery boy, and I check my shipment status it was updated that delivery attempted premise closed.pls help me out of it ASAP Thanku +2 photos Was this information helpful? Jan 26, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved So my problem has resolved within 2 hours as I got msg from company that they had informed to service centre of my location and I received my parcel as well.i must say that bluedart is very supportive to its customers Thanku Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
