They have a tie - up with amazon and the returns which happen from them are one of the worst. Thier delivery guys will decide if they feel like going to a certain area or not. If they dont they will reschedule ur pickup without the customers knowledge. Actually allow such a thing is invading a customers privacy as customer has arranged for somebody to be home at that time. Parcel with awb#[protected] supposed to be delivered today (14/09/17). No one turned up to the address but only received a sms saying the premises was closed. P please look into the matter and ensure the parcel is delivered tomorrow positively
