[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — I wanted to return my as its not what I ordered and paid for. | |||||
I order THOR 5 PRO smartwatch but it was swapped with another watch that is very cheap and not what I ordered and has no features that I paid for and now when I want to return the order the website is displaying to login and when I do so it's showing that there is no order placed by me and thus I am not being able to return it and I've got my money struck hence I wanted to return it back. Jan 23, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved They did not made any contact after the delivery of the product. They have an email id named [email protected] which I've sent a few requests of return but there was no response from their side. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
