Blue Dart Express — Incompetence in delivery & customer service | |||
I ordered an axis active band which was shipped by blue dart courier services. I received a text message in the early morning about delivery before 12:45 pm. I had to go to out of town for next 10 days so i was trying so hard to get it delivered on time as i had to leave for the station by 2:30. I had been calling blue dart on their to free number and local no. By finding it on just dial. All of them denied to give me courier boy's no. & kept repeating they will contact local delivery centre to make it on time. I spoke to their supervisor as well & told her i didn't receive it and now 1pm. Suddenly i come to know delivery was attempted but premises was closed. Its a guest house with huge reception & he didn't even call me. Honestly it was cheating and lie by blue dart. I asked them if i can collect it but no there is no facility like this. They said they will reattempt delivery before 2:30pm i kept waiting and left. At station i received a call from delivery boy at 4pm. I asked him to go back as i had left. They returned it to axis bank home branch in noida and now i have to collect it from there which is like an headache. Blue dart is such a unprofessional company with all dumb employees who don't know customer service, even their company doesn't have any good policies about customer service.
