Blue Dart Express — inordinate delay in delivering the consignment.

A consignment was booked by a bank at chennai vide way no [protected] on 19/5/2018 to be delivered to me at hyderabad at my residence. Since 19th of may they are keeping the cover with them and when i call the customer care they say they are delivery constraints.
