Blue Dart Express — Insult and time waste in goa branch | |||
While trying to send a parcel to Faridabad from the Mapusa Blue Dart brand in Goa I was requested to open my parcel, every item was searched as if I am a terrorist. The worker, Anita Zore, has asked me to remove the silicagel pacxk that I have inserted to keep my valuable items from exposue to moisture. Needles to say that I have explained throughout the process (almost 1 hour of my time) what is silica gel and that all the items contained in the parcel ar3 merely clothes and last bags. At the end of the process all my items were messed and not folded correctly and could not fit my parcel which I have prepared in advance, as to save valuable time. Ratish dheke, the branch manager, has also refused to send my parcel containing the silica gel, and has made me remove it from the parcel.
