Blue Dart Express — Issue with Pickup | |||||
I was told my courier will be picked up between 4-6 pm, nobody responded till 6:30, I had to call several times to get someone to respond correctly. It was a food item and I had informed the customer care executives several times that I need to get it out straightaway and that I wouldn't be available after 7 because of some important engagements. Finally the pickup person came late and when I called customer care again, they refused to come and pick it up saying we can't send for a pickup again on the same day. In case, it was not possible to collect it, I would like to have been informed straightaway that it won't be possible rather than just making me wait and delaying the delivery. I would have rather used another courier service. This kind of service is really unacceptable. Was this information helpful? | |||||
