Blue Dart Express — item delivery issues | |||
The delivery of our parcel from Blue dart was expected on Monday i.e. 13-Aug-2018, instead the delivery guy came on Sunday. it was not possible to pickup the delivery as we were not available at the delivery address, though the delivery guy insisted us to manage for accepting the delivery anyhow and on giving an address of a colleague he said he'll drop there only if it is feasible for him. we requested the delivery guy to come on monday repeatedly and finally he agreed. Monday morning when we are calling the customer care to know about the time of delivery, we are getting an answer that they'll try to deliver today if possible and if there's anything urgent you come for pickup at the warehouse. Is this the answer, the company personel gives to all customers? Completely unsatisfied Was this information helpful? | |||
